The first phase of our brand development was working out a logo, I provided multiple options and the client eventually selected one after a few rounds of feedback. Then we immediately worked on a small PPC Display ad campaign on Google and Meta to spread the word.
For our next phase, we travelled to Quinte West to get relevant photography for the Community Brochure and Website. While we worked with the architect on Floor plan, renderings and Site Plan layout. I was under a very tight deadline to get the website structured and once the client approved, we went ahead and built their floor plan brochures and Site plan so that City Park can immediately start selling homes. We used our proprietary Sales and Marketing solution called Bildhive and setup all their properties using Bildhive.
Phase 3 consisted of mostly Marketing assets, while the Sales Centre interior were being finalized, we created A-Frames, Door knockers to place on some Model Homes they built for walkthroughs. Lastly, we finalized the Community Brochure and had them printed on medium thick glossy stock paper along with a Corporate folder and some stationary. Once the Sales Office was constructed, we created a series of print creatives such a wallboard displays and pull-up banners to further spruce up the Sales Centre.
