Challenges
I was tasked with creating new logos for their corporate brand and 2 community brochures along with a simple corporate website. Once the logos were approved, I had to create a full branding deliverables for the company Orchard Point and its two communities; Anchor and Pinnacle. The biggest challenge by far was getting the client to agree on the logo, after weeks of back and forth and about 13 revisions, they finally selected a logo and I began working on the branding deliverable while my colleague worked on the production assets for their communities.
The first phase of our brand development was working out a logo, I provided multiple options and the client eventually selected one after a few rounds of feedback. Then we immediately worked on a small PPC Display ad campaign on Google and Meta to spread the word.

Orchard Point were already selling homes and had another agency in Orillia working on the day to day maintenance, the weren't happy with the marketing and asked us to provide detail market analysis which involved tons of research and proposing campaign ideas. It took them 8 months to get back to us and in the meantime they asked us complete their corporate and provide a style guide/ community brochure for the other agency to follow. This is why we worked on the style guide before other collaterals which is very rare occurrence.

They occasionally asked us for some production creatives, such as a Invitational Flyer for a squash event they were marketing at, a few site signage, A-frames and managing their closing contracts through Bildhive (our in-house marketing platform.)
